PM Gilani Guilty of the Contempt. Punished till the rising of the Court-


ISLAMABAD: Today will leave a significant mark on the pages of history, as Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani will walk to the Supreme Court of Pakistan to lend his ear to the verdict in contempt of court case for not implementing the apex court’s ruling on the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO).

The Prime Minister is all set to march along with his cabinet team from the PM secretariat to the SC building where extra ordinary security measures have been put in place in view of the enormity of today’s event.

A seven-member SC bench headed by Justice Nasirul Mulk on Tuesday reserved the judgment in the contempt of court case against the Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani and ruled that the verdict will be announced Thursday.

اسلام آباد… سپريم کورٹ نے وزيراعظم يوسف رضا گيلاني کو توہين عدالت کيس ميں سزا سنا دي.اس بات کا فيصلہ سات رکني بينچ نے کيا جس کي سربراہي جسٹس ناصر املک نے کي. سپريم کورٹ کے کے حکم پر وزيراعظم بھي عدالت ميں موجود تھے. جسٹس ناصرالملک کي سربراہي ميں 7 رکني بنچ نے وزيراعظم کيخلاف توہين عدالت کيس کي سماعت کے بعد گزشتہ روز فيصلہ جمعرات تک محفوظ کرتے ہوئے وزيراعظم کو بھي طلب کيا تھا.گزشتہ روز سماعت کے دوران مقدمہ کے استغاثہ اٹارني جنرل نے کہا تھا کہ وزيراعظم کيخلاف ثبوت ہے نا ہي خط لکھنے سے سوئس کيسز کھل سکتے ہيں.. جبکہ وزيراعظم کے وکيل اعتزاز احسن نے جوابي دلائل ميں کہا تھا کہ صدر وفاق کا حصہ اور مسلح افواج کے سپريم کمانڈر ہيں، ابھي سوئس حکام کو خط لکھنے پر اصرار نہ کيا جائے اور وزيراعظم کو بري کرديا جائے.آج وزيراعظم کو عدالت کي برخاستگي تک کي سزا سنائي گئي.
